Get Permission

Get a 'Yes' First

Ask Before Acting

Responsible Decision Making

LESSON OVERVIEW

EYEBALLS. ASK. YES!

Permission means getting a YES to do something or go somewhere from the adult in charge. To get Permission you need to look the adult in charge of you right in the EYEBALLS. That way you know they are paying attention and can hear you. While looking in their EYEBALLS, ASK the adult in charge if you have permission to do something or go somewhere. Whether it’s going outside to play or hanging out with your friends, you always have to get permission before going anywhere with anyone. After asking permission, if the adult in charge says “YES!” that means you have permission. You should never go anywhere with anyone without permission. Even if you know the person.
